| Strategically located in Gastonia, NC, an area known for its textile and metalworking expertise, the ALC facility is state-of-the-art. New designs and drawings are generated and stored via CAD. A computerized cost system tracks product cost throughout manufacturing. Excellent quality and close tolerances are assured by a computer-driven, coordinate measuring system integrated with modern CNC machining technology. CV-35 FRIEZE YARN/COILED YARN CONVERSION SYSTEM
The CV-35 replaces the conventional, Suessen rope-feed arrangement and deposits texture, frieze yarn directly upon individually driven, teflon coated, mesh conveyor belts. An optional, quick change coiling attachment allows production of straight-set yarns. Thus, multiple products may be produced simultaneously on one machine. Mechanically simple, with few moving parts and low operating costs, the CV-35 processes spun yarn, BCF, nylon, polyester and polypropylene. An explanatory video is available free, however, cost of shipping must be prepaid or sent C.O.D.
