Founded in 1985, American Linc Corporation has combined the experience and craftsmanship of their employees with the trust and respect of their customers to produce textile machinery and replacement parts of the highest quality and value. Consisting of two divisions, ALC manufactures textile machinery and conveyors used to produce frieze, near frieze and straight-set carpet yarns on existing Hörauf-Suessen GVA continuous heat-setting machines. ALC also manufactures an extensive selection of replacement parts.

Markets Served
Primarily marketing in the US, American Linc is the largest alternative supplier of Schlumberger spare parts in North America. American Linc is the preeminent supplier of frieze yarn technology for the Suessen in the United States. ALC has agents in the United Kingdom and Canada.

Our Facilities
Strategically located in Gastonia, NC, an area known for its textile and metalworking expertise, the ALC facility is state-of-the-art. New designs and drawings are generated and stored via CAD. A computerized cost system tracks product cost throughout manufacturing. Excellent quality and close tolerances are assured by a computer-driven, coordinate measuring system integrated with modern CNC machining technology. Purchase orders may be received via e-mail or EDI, as well as traditional means.

ALC manufactures and inventories a large selection of high quality, replacement parts and accessories for the following machines: Schlumberger "GC" chain gill drafting, Schlumberger "PB" woolcombers, Warner & Swasey pin drafting, Mackie drafting, Hamel, Muschamp and Volkmann twisters, Gilbos winders and Superba and Suessen continuous heat-setting machines.
